My Review Methodology
Independent Analysis: Each page on this site represents an independent informational analysis based on publicly available ingredient research and consumer feedback patterns. This is educational content, not medical advice.
My research process for every topic:
1. Ingredient Analysis
I examine each ingredient's research profile using:
PubMed (peer-reviewed clinical studies)
NIH Office of Dietary Supplements (safety profiles)
FDA resources (warnings and advisories)
For example, when reviewing Citrus Burn's green tea extract, I compared its dosage to amounts used in meta-analyses published in the International Journal of Obesity to determine whether the formula aligns with studied ranges.
2. Dosage Assessment
I compare supplement ingredient amounts to dosages used in clinical research to see if they're in studied ranges.
3. Safety Research
I review known side effects, contraindications, and drug interactions from government health sources.
4. Customer Feedback Analysis
I examine publicly available customer reviews from multiple platforms (retail sites, forums, etc.) and summarize common patterns in reported experiences.
5. Price & Value Comparison
I compare pricing, package options, refund policies, and shipping across different purchasing channels.
